Soil Improvement Ad Funded by Hongda Xingye Successfully Broadcast on CCTV

Starting from September 15, China Central Television (or CCTV) will be broadcasting a non-profit television advertisement promoting soil improvement fully funded by Hongda Xingye Co., Ltd. on the Comprehensive Channel (CCTV 1) and Military Affairs and Agriculture Channel (CCTV 7). The advertisement is also available on le.com, iqiyi.com, youku.com, v.qq.com and other video websites.
The advertisement seeks to raise the public’s awareness about the importance of soil security to engage more people in the campaigin of soil amelioration and protection. The 30-second advertisement first shows the importance of soils by depicting how it sustains life and lays the cornerstones for our homes. Then it moves to illustrate how soils have suffered from the overdevelopment of land, creating resonance among the viewers and bringing them to ponder over this issue.
The advertisement marks another initiative of Hongda Xingye to facilitate the campaign of soil protection and improvement. It’s said that Zhou Yifeng, Chairman of Hongda Xingye and a delegate to the National People’s Congress has submitted a great many papers suggesting soil pollution control and soil improvement, which attracted wide attention from the NPC delegates and the public. Hongda Xingye has also funded and founded Guangdong Institute of World Soil Resources (GIWSR), a non-profit soil institute dedicated to the R&D of soil improvement technologies. GIWSR seeks to facilitate the development of soil remediation technologies by enriching soil amelioration products and their application potentials.
