INOVYN mulls over PVC expansion in Belgium

INOVYN is planning to increase the production of general purpose PVC at its Jemeppe Site, Belgium, according to an official press release.
The new investment is expected to add 200,000 tons/year of capacity to the company’s Jemeppe site, which has an existing nameplate capacity of around 450,000 tons/year. The company’s project is also expected to be complemented by an associated increase in its VCM capacity at the same location.
The first phase of the expansion program is planned to be operational by 2020, the press release said.
